Chair Yoga - Yoga Bliss

Join me at Yoga Bliss (300 W 33rd St in Edmond, OK) for chair yoga.  Whether you have an injury that prevents you from getting up and down from the floor, you spend lots of time in an office chair or you just aren't into rolling around on the floor with awesome folks; you will benefit from chair yoga.  Feel better in your body and more peaceful in your mind from a chair!
