Community Mindfulness Phone Call


Join me for a mindfulness moment. I am hosting a 25-30 minute phone call each Thursday at NOON CST / 10:00am PST with breathing tools and calming techniques. The conference line is always on lecture mode (muted), so you can pop in and drop off completely anonymously.
