Enjoy learning the many benefits of chair yoga: better balance, increased flexibility, stronger muscles, deep breathing, along with a sense of well-being and peacefulness. Chair yoga is a combination of seated and standing postures done with the support of a chair and is available for all levels of physical activity. This session will include yoga postures for the body, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. Join the INTEGRIS James Hall Center for Mind, Body and Spirit in welcoming Tisha Tate, certified yoga instructor, as she shares the benefits and art of chair yoga.
